Dogs Who Blog

by Melissa @ The Inspired Room on February 21, 2008

In a bit of randomness…

Our little furry friends used to have their “sniff n’ greets” at the corner fire hydrant. Now? Well, while their mommas are off on a bloggy break (balanced women that they are), dogs have been spotted catching up with their fuzzy faced pals on the blogs.

Meet Hamish and Winston.

Two Westies, oceans apart.

Best Doggie Blog Friends Forever (BDBFF).

The pups have agreed to take doggie bloggy breaks four times a week for chasing squirrels and romps on the beach.

Good boys. Such good doggies.

Hi Melissa! Oh this is so so cute! Best doggy friends acros s the seas sharing a WHWT moment! It’s great they have agreed to take time out though! You know the Life Plan thing, maybe Winston and Hamish need one too if we find they are spending too much time at the computer! (BDBFF forever :) Thank you :)

We shall miss you too, time has a way of flying by though……take care our dear friend, we promise to pop in when we can!

(((( Huge hugs )))))

Awwwww shucks!! This is the sweetest post!!! Look at Hamish giving a little checking out to Winston! Now isn’t that the cutest! You know, it seems unfair that us kindred spirits and doggy owners live half the world away – or half the country away – from each other. Thank you for the chuckle and the dose of sweetness to go with my morning coffee!

Hugs to you and Mr. Winston!!!!

Cute post, Melissa! Sweet pups!

I also enjoyed reading your “disconnect” post. I try to “disconnect” at least a day now and then. The best time for my away from the computer time, is when we’re at our lake place. It’s away from everything distracting. Our downtime there is precious. We’ve heard internet access will be available there soon. I have mixed feelings about that. We have no phone there, other than our cells, for our children’s sake. We do have TV, mainly used to check for storms etc and for watching old black and white movies, which are a definite escape mechanism.
I adore blogging and visiting my many friends, through blogging and e-mail and hope to continue a long while. However, it’s refreshing both in mind and body… spirit/soul, to take that break, now and then.

Pat

This is the cutest post EVER!!!! SO funny!!!!

M: thank you for your sweet, sweet comment. It’s all so exciting!!!

As for your post yesterday – why don’t you make a pledge to post every other day – that way you won’t lose readers, they’ll know to come by on that schedule. OR – if that’s too much – why not blog Monday and Thursday – put a note big and clear on your blog so everyone will know when to find new posts. -You really are blogging too much – take a much deserved break!

Couldn’t stay away !!! love it! So cute those dogs!

Appreciate the former post – its really true…we need to be balanced and the computer is just something that we can get lost in for hours on end…thus (for me) ignoring other ‘chores’ I’d rather not do….

God’s best to you as your seek balance….but will check in because truly you have the best blog that speaks to my interests and style.
