Dear blogging friends, it is such a difficult time of tragedy so many are experiencing with the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Now it has come to my attention that a dear blogging friend and long time sponsor of The Inspired Room, Gina of Feather Your Nest, has experienced her own personal tragedy last week, the sudden unexpected loss of her 39 year husband Michael — her high school sweetheart, husband of 16 years and father of their children.

My heart is breaking for her. If you don’t know Gina, you might remember just recently on The Inspired Room we had the bunny slipper giveaway from her shop.

Gina’s husband Michael worked hard to support his family so that Gina could fulfill her dream of being a shop owner. But now Gina is the sole provider for her family and must find a full time job. Her shop is in a tourist area and this is the off season. If you are able, would you be able to visit her online shop and help her clear out her inventory? She is offering 25% off all merchandise.

Gina does not know fellow bloggers are banding together to help her. This is a community that truly cares. Thank you in advance for any thing you can purchase from her shop to help her. Thank you for your support and prayers for  sweet Gina as she deals with this devastating loss.
