This has been a full week of inspiration at The Inspired Room!
Here is what inspired me:
I was inspired by Living With What You Love (WOW, a lot of us resonate with that idea…today is the last day to enter the giveaway so if you haven’t yet chimed in, check it out!).
I admitted that painting furniture is not as easy as one might think and I shared an ebook where you can find great tips and help for painting furniture.
And, I was inspired by a room by Nate! Be sure to check it out if you missed it!
I’d say I’ve jabbered on enough for one week, so now I’ll be quiet and it is your turn!
What has inspired YOU?

Wooo hooo, and lookie there, you are FIRST! Send me your button and I’ll put it up for you in my sidebar (it might take me a day or two to get it up, my internet access is limited) !
Hi Melissa, I’m home and feeling quite fuzzy but can’t wait to jump back into blog land and all the inspiration there is out there.
I missed you so much!!!
xoxo

Oh Em, I’ve missed you so much too!! Welcome back!
I’ve been inspired by blogs! A lurker for months, I finally bit the bullet and started my own. More specifically, I’m inspired by the idea that I can make my home a beautiful, comfortable place to be with my own two hands and a little inspiration & ingenuity.
I made this Pottery Barn Knockoff: http://nicegirlnotes.com/2010/08/03/pottery-barn-kids-knockoff-little-owl/ using materials that I had on hand and about 70 cents of materials that I had to go out and buy. It was a leap of faith for me – something I would not have dared to try only a year ago. And I love the Living with What You Love post!
I’m inspired by stealing back great space saving ideas from dorm rooms! :) Thanks for hosting!
Organization always inspires and motivates me to declutter and control the things I have.
weekend plans – it’s a 3 day weekend for us so we are just going to take it easy and have fun with the kiddos. NO PROJECTS!
hello!!!!
last week i was inspired to use what i had from my (now famous) craft room – thanks to you.
using fabric, paper & glue to create party invites & tees for the kids.
have a great weekend!
I’ve been inspired by my family, friends, and the things I see God doing in the lives of people around me & in myself. Also, YOU, Melissa…of course! The Inspired Room, what a beautiful blog!
Hi Melissa
I am always inspired when I visit your blog. I always think I have to do it more often! I was inspired by Ballard Design this week…lovely simple ideas that can easily transition from Summer to Autumn. I have added a link.
My plans for the weekend…off to Edinburgh for the Festival and The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo… men in kilts and bagpipes, a memorable summer weekend :)
Thank you, Melissa, for sponsoring the link party. I always find much inspiration from your various links and from your posts, as well. Looks like I had better get my “bookmarker” ready. Have a great weekend!
I have enjoyed all that you have to share….always tons of ideas here.
Have a wonderful weekend…..and thanks for sharing.
You are awesome!
always a very fun treat to stop by and say hi
sometimes there are so many other comments I dont just knowing it can be very overwhelming
Lovin this summer though… :)
Just came back from hosting a week long work conference. You can assume 10 managers are equal to 5 children under 5. And always glad to stop by your blog space for a dose of inspiration.
BLACKBERRIES!! They are coming on strong! Making pie tonight, probably shakes tomorrow, then will move onto pancakes, and maybe some muffins and jam!
I’m working on favor boxes for a wedding in September with a French touch.
Oh my heavens! I’m behind in my blog reading,
but I just have to ask… where did you get the “inspired 365” sign?
I think I NEED one!
I just moved that sign to a new spot on my porch and I LOVE IT! Glad you do too! I just got it recently at Cost Plus World Market so I bet they still have it, if you hurry! :-)
