Gorgeous White Kitchen
For the Love of a House, via Southern Hospitality’s Feature Friday Interview!
For your weekend reading, I’ve gathered up some great homes, blogs and posts for you to check out, so head on over to my Inspiring Finds page to see what is new!
Enjoy!
Have you “liked” The Inspired Room’s Facebook page? Will you? It is a great place to share ideas with each other, see some behind the scenes stuff (I’m trying to get better at remembering to share stuff there!).
Yesterday on The Inspired Room’s facebook page I shared a sneak peek of another room in progress. Head on over to Facebook to leave me some comments! I think you have to “like” the page (click the “like button” to leave a comment!).
the white kitchen seriously makes me drool!
ME TOO! Love it!
Thanks for the kitchen inspiration! I`ll be painting my kitchen sometime in the next few weeks.
My comment on yesterday’s post was NOT to say that I don’t like all of the lovely inspiration photos that you post. I hope it didn’t come across that way. I do love your lovely photos that you find and share–but I enjoyed seeing your home, too.
Have a great and blessed weekend!
Oh Gosh…my dream kitchen. I love when the cabinetry goes all the way to the ceiling. The little touches like the gathered skirt under the sink just finish it off. Thank you so much for sharing.
Love this kitchen and am swooning over the ceiling, sink, light fixture, cabinets and hardware. I am not a fan of the glass door fridge. I shudder at what mine looks like every time I open it.
Your Friend,
Deborah
Ha, that is what people have always said to me about open shelves and glass cabinets. But that is what I love about them, they force me to keep things pretty! :-) I would love to have some refrigerator drawers for ugly stuff and pretty things in a glass fridge. But I’m crazy like that!!
I saw this kitchen on Rhoda’s blog yesterday. I’m in love! I told my hubby that someday when the kids are grown, and we move to Ellensburg and build a dream house on the farm, this will be my kitchen. He said that by then I won’t like it anymore. We’ll see about that!

I think I love #3 the best. After years of rentals with tiny kitchens and no space to cook comfortably, the only thing I truly want when I have a house of my own is a large, open kitchen.
We will begin our kitchen redo in March, and with the help of hundreds of magazines and Internet sites have decided on a creamy French white cabinet. The floor will be a deep Brazilian wood. My question is what neutral color on the walls! Remember it’s not a pure white cabinet…and the great room opens to the kitchen so it needs to be the same paint color. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
