mmm … maybe we can do lots more than we think, but not all at once. Different seasons of life bring new opportunities. Keeping those dreams alive til the season rolls around where we can embark on a new adventure makes life worth living!
Thank You for the reminder,we are only required to live in this day,God orders this day’s activity. It is all for our enjoyment to work with Him in designing the affairs of our life. He cares about the details too!
Melissa, This is so true. The task is for me to actually live it, which isn’t that easy to do. But it’s a terrific goal. Thanks for the reminder and have a magnificent weekend!

I really did need to “hear” this today!! Thanks so much for the reminder! Now if I could only stick to my priorities without getting sidetracked, I’ll be ok…
Well glory! just started my blog this week…that’s such a great truth for me starting out…perhaps I should put it in my header! And I am curious..what possessed you to post this?
How true is THAT??!! Thanks for the reminder :)
Very :-)
So true. I think sometimes in blogland, we think we HAVE to do everything just to keep up. I say stick to what we know and do well
Yes.
Now this…this is absolutely brilliant. LOVE it!
So, so true!
Thank you Melissa! So true! This really helped me to focus today!

truth.
I will give you an amen on that one!
I always remember a quote from Beth Moore: “You can not do one thousand things to the Glory of God.”
sending a hug across the country. love ya!
That’s right – I had to turn down a job this week and the income would have been so helpful. Bottom line: I can’t be in two places at once.
Melissa,
That is truth, but I like to think of our lives as seasons. We can perhaps do everything, but not all in the same season of life…
To tell the truth, I don’t want to do everything, nor do I care to keep up with what others are doing. I am content to do what God has given me to do.
Wow! Really good reminder. Thanks for sharing!
Goes hand in hand with wherever you are be ALL there!

As they say in the Mitford Series … “and there’s the rub.”
The sooner I realize this and really live it, the happier I’ll be. So true.
