Aren’t these wall papers adorable for an entry, powder room, bedroom or laundry room? So many ways bird wallpaper could add a fun twist to your home!

Scared of the commitment? How about just one wall? Worried about wanting to change it later? How about removable wallpaper? So often we play it safe so we won’t get tired of something or we won’t have to remove it later or spend too much time worrying about what the next person who lives here will like, but then we live in less than cheery or personalized spaces.

Why not put a bird on it and live it up with a big dose of personality? Life is too short to play it safe when you could wake up to cheerful spaces like these!

PS. A reader alerted me to an adorable bathroom makeover with hand painted bird wallpaper based on the Schumacher wallpaper. I added it to Room Tours, it is so cute! Thanks Lesha!

I think birds and spring just go together, don’t you?

Who knew they made removable wall paper. I just might reconsider using paper.

Oh yes, wallpaper isn’t like it used to be and removable is like a DREAM! Even the regular wallpapers are much easier to remove!

love the wallpaper. I do actually always think about the “future buyer” before I decide on anything. I really want to do some fun wallpaper on the back of our builtins. Maybe some cute removable wallpaper will be just the thing!

My powder room is painted “Buttered Yam” by Benjamin Moore…a deep orange color. The whole room is bird themed….mirror, chandelier, lamp, towel bar, soap dish…all feature a bird motif. There are framed bird pictures up all the walls, and of course, birds perched throughout.

The powder room is often a small, seldom used space…so you can go a little wild. I think some bird wallpaper should be on my list of upgrades to this room.

After years of removing wallpaper in our other house, I am not being sold on it yet, BUT when you add the words “easily removable” I am definitely changing my tune! What I AM sold on is that beautiful RUG with the red in it in picture number 3. That baby is gorgeous!!

You selected two of my loves in consecutive posts. IMO, bird wallpaper is for anytime, not just spring. I bought beautiful Thibaut bird paper from One Kings Lane for my entryway and can hardly wait to get it up (after the front door is replaced).

I am in LOVE with wallpaper! I am a nursery designer and adding at least one wall of wallpaper in the nursery can make a huge statement and a unique space. These are some awesome suggestions and i will be adding them to my designs very soon!!!
