 You may have been wondering how I keep up my great physique. Now before I reveal my secret, I must confess that some days I scarf down a few more treats than I should. I realize that. But I make up for it by doing regular laps around the house, out in my yard, and I even occasionally do some planks between the couch and my ottoman. It does wonders for the glutes.
