Creative Inspiration Prize Winners!

Phew! I feel like I have been away from the blog forever. Really I haven’t, but with even 48 hours away, I missed you guys! I had to force myself to STEP AWAY FROM THE BLOG, painful as it was, in order to host a real life party in my real life house. Actually, I love having parties in real life so it wasn’t painful. I just hate to step away from the blog and my blog visitations.

So, I am back in order to make the big announcement you’ve all been waiting for! Yep, the winners of last week’s Creative Inspiration giveaways! First of all, thank you so much for all of your sweet comments. I haven’t had a chance yet to thank each one of you personally, but you all were so encouraging, it meant a lot. So thank you! I was happy to do it, and even happier to share some awesome people with you. You all made it worthwhile by your interest and kind words for our participants. Special thanks go out to each person who so generously contributed and to the girls at McMaster and Storm for co-hosting the week as my special guests.

Now, for the winners. I used a random number generator online and started with our first giveaway, the McMaster and Storm gift wrapping materials! The lucky winner of this treat is … Jill at Bailwick Designs! After visiting her blog today, I can tell you she is quite the creative inspiration! I encourage you to pay her a visit! Congratulations Jill! I just need you to please email me your address and the size of McMaster and Storm tee-shirt you want (S-M-L), and Kara will send off your gift wrapping prize!

Next prize was the French General book giveaway, courtesy of Kaari herself! The lucky winner of this treasure is …. Sharon Goemaere! Another terrific lady, I am so pleased she won! She almost lives close enough to me that I could drive her prize over myself! Almost. Sharon, please email me with your address and as soon as I receive the book I will send it off to you immediately!

Congratulations again to the winners!

While I would love to stick around and show some of my holiday pictures, I have to run. I will return ASAP and you can expect to see some new photos of my decorations (I haven’t taken them yet but I promise I will). For now I am getting myself a cup of hot chocolate with mini-marshmellows and snuggling in under the covers. The snow is gently falling outside and a cozy night of movies and relaxing is in order. Don’t you love the day after a party (after you’ve cleaned up the dishes!) when your house is all decorated pretty and you can finally just sit down and enjoy it? Sigh. Me too.

I can’t wait to catch up with all of you this week!
