I drove down to Portland for a couple of days and was able to lean out my window and snap a couple of photos of two of my favorite houses as I drove by! I loved being in my old stomping grounds in Lake Oswego. I sure miss it there!
Both of these houses I’ve shown before during my drive bys, but I just got some new spring time angles for you. The sun was out and it was so warm and springy. These houses are just so pretty, I can’t get enough of them.
The yellow house is right on the lake in Lake Oswego, right across a little canal from where I lived when I was in high school. I love the picket fence, the blue shutters, the lanterns, the stone walkway and those amazing coral tulips!

This house I’ve showed you before also, but I got a different angle of the open gate. This house is in the First Addition neighborhood just down the street from where we lived when my girls were small. Such fond memories of walking through that neighborhood!
I seriously wanted to get out of the car and poke my head through that gate to show you their porch and front yard. SWOON! It was so cute. In the next photo you can kind of see the Adirondack chairs. Sorry, kids, that was the best I could this time — didn’t have enough time to jump out. Next time I’ll scale the shrubbery for you. I promise.

It has been a long week, so I am going to wrap this up and get right to the Inspired Linkies! What were you INSPIRED BY this week? Link up your posts below! Please link directly to an applicable post (no home page links, please).
PS. Thanks to everyone who has purchased a Vintage Key Plate from my shop this week! I’m so excited you like them as much as I do. They are so Anthropologie-ish (yes, I went to Anthro this week too and will have a few pics for you probably next week!).
