I love the wallpaper in the first photo. The Lettered Cottage just installed it in their bathroom. Swoon!!
So many Facebook friends are posting photos of snow today making me very thankful for a bit of cold sunshine today. Thanks for posting such colorful, cheerful rooms that do indeed speak Spring!
So funny because I marched myself to the store this morning and brought home tulips, hyacinths and daffodils and littered my house with them. It may be winter outside, but it’s spring in here!
Layla at the Lettered Cottage used that bird wallpaper in her half bath and it looks amazing. Thanks for the pick-me-up. Woke to 6 inches of new snow, cloudy skies and a windy 25 degrees. *ick*
One of the many things I love about Spring is the addition of color in the inside and outside. I have daffodils inside my home and I would challenge anyone to not smile when they see a daffodil, they have to be the happiest little flower around.
Happy Monday,
Kathysue
Loving all these happy colors!
I am all for yellow all year around but I have to say the orange is sooo yummy! I wish I could pull it through my house but I have too much yellow. I am going to incorporate more blues though
My favorite was the Katie Rosenfeld Design room. Always love blue and chartreuse.
I love the birds and the clouds in the stairway, and Rene mentioned that it was wallpaper? Cool!
Just LOVE these pops of bright, spring colour!!
Truly inspiring – I just picked up a £3 (in the UK!) cushion from IKEA at the weekend in a hot tomato red, and it looks so bright and fun on our very well worn, homey white sofa! Instant spring!!
Thanks for all the inspiration!! :)
Melissa,
We had snow ALL day yesterday in NJ so I certainly appreciate this post! I too have been admiring the wall paper featured in the first image ( I was considering it in my entry hall and front stairs, so I’ll be sharing this post with the mister.)
Hope all is well in all your inspired rooms!
Your Friend,
Deborah
I absolutely love all the color! The blue door and matching runner in the first photo is too cute.
Hi! I LOVE the bird inspired wallpaper in the first pic; I just did a piece on wallpaper and it really has me thinking that I need to get some up in my house! What a cool way to add personality and color…great post!
We just got 10 inches yesterday – the inspiration is very welcome!
Thank you for this post with all the colors and the beautiful rooms. It is still cold and windy in NJ but we may hit the 50’s by the weekend. Praying they are right. I need sun and some warmer temperatures.

All of these spring colors are really getting me in the mood for spring. This Kansas weather is way too cold right now.
Gorgeous colors! I especially love the birds on the wallpaper in that first photo. Bring on spring-time.
I love the pops of color in the Spring photos! Thank you for sharing the inspirations!
Thanks for this, these lovely cheerful colours are a reminder that spring is on its way soon ( hopefully) we don’t have snow here but its bitterly cold.
I, too, am in love with that birdie wallpaper! I’ve been incorporating all of these bright and cheerful colors into my home this winter…lots of bright blues, cheery greens, sunny oranges and yellows to chase the grey days away!
That’s bananas… I love every room!
Thanks for the happy! With a crazy spring snowstorm this week where I am, your colors were a great tonic!
I love how all the colors make everything look so HAPPY!
I’m loving all the spring bold colors and pattern mixing!!!!
You can’t but be happy walking into these bright cheerful rooms.
I’ve just begun spreading spring color around my home. I made a bright mural for my bathroom. I think the kitchen will be next. Thanks for the inspiration.
Bring on spring! Winter seems to be lingering on this year. I absolutely love what Bri and Emily put together in the Design Love Fest photo you featured. What a quirky room with so much personality.
Wow, gorgeous rooms! Just looking at them makes me happy. I especially love the kids’ room – too cute! Thanks for sharing!
