Do you ever just let yourself dream for a bit about what you would do if you either had 1) unlimited space or 2) an unlimited budget? Or both? ;) I do, all the time! Yes, sometimes it might feel like a slight letdown once you return to reality. But that doesn’t stop me from enjoying the process of dreaming. I find I often take away a new idea or at least feel more creatively inspired to work on my own home!
Today, I’m dreaming of a room full of bunk beds, all ready for guests :)

Thank you for the beautiful inspiration. I can just imagine filling those bunk beds up with grandkids!
Yes! That’s what I was thinking. I still have a few years until then (oldest is a senior and baby is in Kindergarten) but with 6 kids I’m already dreaming about a pile of grandkids.
I’ve always dreamed of a bunk room to fill with grandkids- I’m a ways away from that with my oldest being 17, but it never hurts to start budgeting early, right?!?!
The bunk beds you have chosen to showcase are beautiful, but I often wonder how you actually make them. We have bunk beds in my boy’s room and they are not easy to make even though they aren’t as “closed in” as those in this post. Inquiring minds just want to know…
I agree Michelle. These all look great and would be wonderful for a guest room. However, I can’t imagine changing the linens on these!
I have several of these already pinned on my For The Home pinterest board! I have a dream of doing this in the basement, for holidays, etc, when grandkids are visiting!
I love the idea of built-in bunk beds. I always wonder if I could somehow fit them into my house, but then I look at the bedrooms and realize how small they are. Oh well, you can always dream!
