Essential oils have changed the sleep game for us!

One of our very favorite uses for oils…sleeping WELL! We love hearing from so many friends in our wellness group who have seen a huge improvement in how soundly they sleep. Restless no more!

We always have a diffuser going at night, we put them on the bottom of our feet, on our wrists; or we spritz them on our sheets as a linen spray.

Many of our favorite essential oils come in a starter kit of 12 essential oils, a diffuser, and more! There are several oils in the kit that we particularly love for sleep, including Peace & Calming, Lavender, Stress Away, Valor, Frankincense, and Raven.
