Good Friday: A Beautiful Life

by Melissa @ The Inspired Room on April 9, 2009

After a long week, I’m looking forward to the weekend! We’ve got plans to go bowling, enjoy our traditional Easter egg hunt, celebrate the true meaning of Easter with our family, and I’ve got plenty of nesting to do!

Here are some Inspiring Finds for this week! Including these very inspiring images from Country Living! Go check them out here!

Want to see the most gorgeous naturally dyed Easter eggs? Check out this post!
I ADORED this kitchen. Drooled over it in fact. I might have to see if I can feature it here I love it so much.
I want you all to go get one of these right now so I can see your smiling face.
I laughed (in a happy way) when I saw this cute bunny.
Best before and after of a kitchen.
Oh, and a late addition to my MUST SEES…this EASTER TABLE! Hold on to your Easter bonnet, this is amazing!
Check out Hooked on Houses every Friday for more inspiring ideas!

The highlight of my week was speaking at A Woman Inspired!

I enjoyed meeting such wonderful women and listening to some great speakers! And, in spite of my public speaking phobia,  I have agreed to speak again in the fall for their Nuturing Creativity Conference. If you didn’t get to go this time, consider going to one of their future events!

Blessings to you all this Easter!

Happy Easter, Melissa! Now I seem to remember whose fault it is that I’ve subscribed to Country Living. :-) Thanks for posting those lovely pictures!

For me the highlight of this past week was my tea party in red with my new Burleigh tea set. And Lindor Easter eggs.

Have a wonderful Easter! In keeping with our goal of simplifying, we haven’t done any major decorating or gift-purchasing- instead I’ve been making little crafts with my daughter, and we’ve been talking about the Resurrection a lot. In a word from one of my favorite hymns “Oh sweet the joy this sentence gives: I know that my Redeemer lives!”

Have a beautiful weekend with your family-
