I am taking a little break away with my family soaking in some much needed sunshine and relaxation! I’m so excited to have a break. But I haven’t forgotten about YOU, so I thought I’d leave you this lovely yellow kitchen to brighten your day! Yellow walls aren’t quite the same as feeling the warm sun on your face, I know, but almost? I’ll share photos soon of my fun in the sun, but for now you’ll have to settle for the yellow room.

Love that yellow – I have usedca golden yellow in the past, but never such a sunny yellow – great “happy” shade

I painted my kitchen yellow in February after stripping mauve wallpaper and LOVE it! It really takes me a minute in the morning to really look outside and decide if my smile is coming from the sunshine or just the bright, happy walls!

Oh these are lovely!
I linked mine, a funny story about how wanting to take pretty pictures because the rains had done such lovely things to our creek went a little awry. (Many of my stories are about how something went a little awry!) But so many of the others are just so pretty. (Doesn’t anyone ELSE have anything go a little awry???
