    Hello there…
What a gorgeous laundry room you’ve featured. I’d love a shaker style shelf like that over my washer/dryer…

Thanks so much for sending a little *link*love* my direction! I thought those barn lights were pretty cool – I am glad you thought so too.

melissa, i have two questions, one rhetorical, one for real. … does everyone just happen to have the front loading washer? my top loader still works, i cannot justify getting a new one. but no one decorates for top loaders. i have no counter for folding or accumulating (HA). the real question is this: in the shower/tub i never see the soaps and i wonder what people do with them. my own set up is the tub/shower combo with the narrow horizontal window on which i put the shampoo etc. not pretty. any suggestions? i really don’t care for those hanging things off the showerhead. jkj

The vintage bathroom makeover was perfect! I have two bathrooms of that era in my old farmhouse. Gave me some good ideas of how to make it work. I do love the retro tile, but sometimes feel a bit limited by it.

So is Raised in Cotton a blog?

You can’t go wrong with a burlap feedsack. That’s my motto. And the laundry room….dreamy. I’d just st in there and turn on the machines so I couldn’t hear the commotion in the rest of the house. Lisa~
