Wow I love this! It screams New England and I so want a New England style house. Instead I have a 1980’s British house. Yuk :(

Up until today I had my heart set on a bright yellow front door (I even blogged about it yesterday!). Seeing this aqua one has got me having second thoughts! And I love, love, love the map and globes.

    Melissa,
I too LOVE all of those images…especially the aqua door and the planters of hydrangea on either side! Just in time for a little last minute warm weather here in Orange County.

I love the boy-with-his-feet-up room because it pictures warmth and comfort. That is my goal in our home. We’ve lived here a long time so it is hard to make the much needed changes, or to see the solutions at times. There’s a subject for your blog!

This post made me smile. Especially the turquoise door. I would love a turquoise door!! but my house is green so that just wouldn’t work…

We’re having one of those there’s-not-enough-coffee-in-the-world-to-make-everything-okay sort of Mondays, so thanks for sharing some pretty inspirations :)

These rooms are absolutely beautiful! Love the styles and creativity and cleanness of each of them.

Being in Real Estate here in Santa Barbara these are definitely styles and inspirational pieces for our home buyers.

    Love!

    Thank You! :)

Love the kid with his feet up too. The other photos are beautiful, but I want my home with kids with their feet up in it.

Mondays really ARE like that, aren’t they?

I love that used all the space on the wall under the stairs. Very nice!

I need to use my vertical space more.
    Thanks for the reminder!

    All the best,

Put a bunch of globes anywhere in a room and you’ve pretty much got me!

Those old cameras make a stunning display too.

The turquoise door is divine, but I’m still going to paint mine red one day… it’s on the list!

    Linda. :)
