I’ve been on the hunt for new lamps for our bedroom and living room for quite awhile. I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted, but trying to find it had proven more difficult than I had hoped. I was looking for stylish lamps that were more substantial in scale, but at an affordable price point. Too much to ask? Ha! I was disappointed, but not surprised that I wasn’t finding anything of quality that didn’t cost a fortune. That is, until I found what I was looking for at Walmart!
Who knew Walmart would be the destination for finding stylish yet affordable furniture and décor? I was so pleased by their selection. I was looking for larger scale white lamps for my bedroom, so when I found these they went immediately into my cart. Simple, pretty and stylish!
On Walmart.com you can shop by style. I especially love that because you can stay home in your jammies and yet still browse around and get inspired by various looks (trying to decide which look you love the most, haha!). Then you add what you love to your cart right then and there! That’s my kind of shopping.
For my living room I was hoping to find lamps that might have a slightly coastal vibe but nothing too themey. I thought this style and the soft coloring was so fresh and pretty! Plus the shape was slender enough to fit on my narrow living room side tables.
With free shipping over $35 I saved myself the trip through holiday traffic to pick them up (score!) and my new lamps even arrived in time to make my house feel refreshed yet cozy for Christmas and the new year.
While I was searching for lamps, I found lots of other cute home furnishings and decor from Walmart online, too!

The lamps are wonderful. So fresh, calm. I have also purchased lamps there. As my daughter says “Gotta love WalMart” !
Beautiful finds, but I am finding that when you are on the Walmart site, some of the options are from third party sellers like Wayfair and Hayneedle, and not at Wal-Mart prices, unfortunately!
Very nice lamps – I love the blue one! I’m a sucker for lamps, I have so many in my house tucked here and there for nice ambient lighting. These long winter nights we need that kind of coziness!

Where can I find those bed side tables?

I’m looking at the wicker trunk (#6). The description says it is gray. Have you seen it in person? My bedroom furniture is a medium brown wood (antique pieces). The picture looks like the trunk also has brown tones; if so, I think I could work it in to the room (if it isn’t all gray). Thank you.
I found it online so I have not actually seen it in person. But my guess though is it would be lovely with your antiques!!

I saw some small houses on Etsy. I have some that my ex-husband painted for me on small rocks.I love them. They are still packed.
I LOVE those lamps but they are too bright white for my bedroom – but I ordered some ivory oval lamps instead from Walmart – I love when they say “here are some other items that people bought”!!!
The living room lamp looks fabulous with the new rug you’ve hung too! I’m always taken aback when I peruse the home decor aisles at Walmart. I just “upgraded” my living room curtains and rods for less than a single curtain panel at a high end retailer. People are missing out if they overlook Walmart ??
