This is a dining room I’d want to spend a lot of time in. The space is cozy, charming, and so inviting. I adore the mix of patterns, the rich warm browns with the soft blues, and bit of bold contrast with the dark lantern (which you might recognize as the one I have in our entry in navy!).
You might have seen my email last week where I shared my new buffalo checked curtain panels. If you missed them, they are in this mood board, too! The panels are just gorgeous in person and so affordable too, so I definitely recommend!
Each element in the board brings together a casual mood I feel right at home with! The textures are warm and comfortable, with the burnt orange branches, the textured vase with a deer pattern, lovely brass accents. A wreath that could stay right through winter, the ‘goes with anything’ jute/cotton rug and a classic linen arm chair help create a cozy place to gather around the table with family for a meal or a board game. The weathered wood dining table feels so welcoming with striped cloth napkins, a simple linen runner and sweet tassel trim. And of course, the leaf shaped placemat and cutest blue mini pumpkin Dutch oven are such charming additions for Thanksgiving!
