For me the experience of creating a home is ongoing, so my style always feels fresh and authentic. If you are a regular here, you know I am a fan of gathering pieces you love over time to design your own look.

Rather than eventually ending up stuck in a time warp by furnishing my home with only the current season or trends in mind, I prefer mixing and matching over time. That means I am regularly refining the look of my home and my style. I do that by incorporating secondhand finds, discovering unique things my hometown, and gathering meaningful art or accessories while on vacation. But I also love shopping online and being open to what catches my eye!

Hunting and gathering over time and refreshing a home in various seasons of life is what makes a home feel special and personal!
