This jute and cotton rug – Super soft, doesn’t shed, and comes in several colors. I shared a Q&A about the rug with a close up photo in this post. We also use THIS rug pad with it. It makes it even softer and helps keep it in place.

Bamboo Roman Shades. These are my new shades we got for our main floor, we are loving them! They were affordable and readily available. See a close up photo and read more about them in my post: Our Bamboo Shades: Layers of Warmth and Texture
