Let’s talk about Christmas decorating with ribbons! One of the simplest ways to decorate your home for this upcoming time of year is to tie ribbon around just about anything! Reminds me of the old Portlandia series phrase “put a bird on it” (anyone else remember that episode?) — just substitute “ribbon.”
Today I thought I would show some of my Christmas decorating ideas from previous years that I’ve used in our home with ribbon (and I’ll add the ribbon and other sources, too).
Even if you aren’t decorating yet (I know it’s still too early for most!) it’s always good to start thinking about ideas in advance, so I hope this post will inspire you with simple ways to make your home feel festive (and to “tie a ribbon on it” too!).
Of course, I will be decorating with ribbon again this year (I already got a couple of new ribbons to add to my decor, which I’ll show you at the end of the post).
