One of the questions I’m asked most often is about the paint colors in my home. Today I’m finally sharing an updated roundup of all the paint colors throughout our house (so far!).

Before I share the colors, one important note:

Before committing to any paint color, I always recommend testing it in your own home. Colors can look completely different depending on lighting, surrounding finishes, and even the time of day.

This is why I love using Samplize peel-and-stick samples. They make it easy to see real paint colors on your walls without the mess of sample cans. I’ve used them many times when choosing colors for our home! You can simply peel them off and move them to another wall or room.

You can browse peel-and-stick samples at Samplize. Most colors are available in 9″ × 15″ or 15″ × 18″ sizes, so you can really get a good sense of how the color will look in your space.

I’ll link each of my paint colors throughout this post in case you’d like to try any of them in your own home.

I love all the colors! House is just gorgeous. Where did you get the hand towel with the light house on it?

Thank you! It was from Serena and Lily (it was here when we bought the house!) but sadly doesn’t look like they sell it anymore!

    Light switch no problem
Get a dusk to dawn socket for your lightbulb on your porch and leave your light switch on all the time
Your porch light will come on when it gets dark and turn off in the daylight
    Easy peasy!!!

Well that sounds like an excellent idea! Sometimes solutions are simpler than we think, thank you!

If you only use that switch behind the mirror for your porch light, you can just get the light bulbs that automatically go on at dusk and turn off at dawn. You can get them on Amazon or at Home Depot, Lowes…. pretty ubiquitous now. You’ll never have a crooked mirror again😉
