We’re enjoying our Thanksgiving leftovers over here, how about you? My daughter Courtney made this homemade pie for Thanksgiving and I’m wishing we still had some left, but alas, we finished it off last night! She used the same gluten-free vegan apple pie recipe she’s used in the past (click here for the recipe) with these letter cutouts and leaf cutters similar to these. You all should make it–It’s very yummy!
