Welcome to {Not} My New Home

Ithought this was such a pretty setting. No, it is not my new home. Sigh. Nor will our new home be as fancy as this little gem shown in Architectural Digest! But thanks to everyone who has been asking how the house hunting is going! We did our first exploration tour around the area and zeroed in on where we want to be, now we just have to wait for the right place to be for sale. And, we need to put our house up for sale and get it sold (details, details!).

    Can you imagine the view from that house!! ohhhh… We’re moving into a new home (“our” first home – we’ll be renting) It’s a country home with a huge garden area, I love the Vintage Look Garden Sign at Feather Your Nest!! Too bad the arrow is point to the left and not the right! :( well there’s plenty more to look at in the store, off to oogle over the ruffled dishes!!

    I really like all three styles of cotton aprons @ Feather Your Nest, but my favorite is the modgirls floral full apron! I almost alwqys have crazy splatters on my chest during the holiday baking frenzy…especially if cooking has red anything involved such as cranberr or straberry or red food coloring for red velvet cake. I could use a cute apron!!
