Spring is getting closer, but the winter mornings are still so dark when I go to make my coffee. Last week I had the BEST idea! I bought in this cordless lamp that I had on the porch and added it to my coffee cabinet. Now I just tap the light before making the coffee. This lamp makes my cabinet and winter morning ritual feel so much cozier!
These lamps come with two interchangeable shades. There are other finishes and shade options too—including some really charming striped versions. They’re not breakable and they are waterproof so I use them on our porch, but you can use them anywhere! I have two sets. One has one white and one rattan shade and the other has a red and white stripe, which I thought it would be fun for summer outside!

Another way I made my cabinet cozier…these flameless votive candles in a special teacup. I even set the candle on a timer to be flickering by the time I open up the cabinet to make my morning coffee! Simple joys, friends.

These cordless lamps have the option of a cooler toned lined or warmer toned light (all you have to do is tap the top to turn it on and change the color temperature!). Above is the cooler light.

Cheers to cozier winter mornings, and remembering spring is on the way!
By the way, I’ve been enjoying my new espresso machine! I linked more of my coffee supplies here.

Amazon says that waterproof lamp set is frequently returned. Are you sure you want to recommend it to us, your reader
Hi Tina! I saw that too, but I’ve had mine for a year and love them — I wouldn’t recommend them otherwise! They’re designed for outdoor use, so I wonder if some people are expecting something fancier and return them for that reason? I’ve seen lamps that look just like this on designer’s dining tables for $200 and up! So in my experience, they’re an excellent value: they are handy indoors or out and they are solid metal (not flimsy at all).
I agree with Tina, the instant I see a product is frequently returned it gets deleted from my cart.

May I ask where you got the pretty blue rabbit coffee mugs? Thank you!
I like the idea of making everyday things more cozy or beautiful. I love the coziness of winter!
Me too! It makes such a difference 🥰
