Hi friends, it’s Courtney here today! My mom and I were out running errands for a photoshoot this week, and on our way home we decided to do a spur of the moment autumn “drive by”! We always love a good neighborhood drive by, but especially in autumn with all the beautiful fall colors! My mom is in the middle of writing another book right now (!!!), so today I thought I’d spare her from extra writing and let these lovely pictures speak for themselves. I hope you enjoy and have a great day!

Loved seeing all of the houses in their fall glory! Thank you for that. I actually got inspired by one to decorate my house. The gorgeous fall leaf entwined archway clicked with me, I have a metal arch in my home and it never dawned on me to wrap it with a leaf garland. I am gonna head out and find some pretty leaves to wrap it up and dress it up for Autumn. Thanks for the inspiration today.

Beautiful! I really enjoyed your “drive by”.
All of these houses are so beautiful and charming! and I love how the leaves are already changing up there and getting you in the Fall Nesting mood!
What beautiful photos! I’ll definitely be saving some of these as inspiration for future projects.
Such a nice drive! I always notice the color of shingles and windows people choose for their homes. Black windows are becoming a thing but I guess it depends on the house style. The landscapes are beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Oooohhhh…how I miss my Tudor.
.*sigh* This was SO FUN!! Thanx for this lovely trip!! franki
Thanks for taking us along on the ride!
So pretty! I was just thinking it reminded me of Highland Park in Dallas. Then I noticed you had a link to when you actually did a drive by there. Such beautiful architecture and every home is unique.
I did a lovely drive by two weeks ago in Brentwood, TN while visiting my daughter and her family. Its so much fun!
These homes are lovely!
This was such a delight. When one lives in the Arizona desert (Phoenix area) where there are no four seasons, one tends to forget that Mother Nature really does produce leaves in all those beautiful colors. I especially enjoyed the homes with orange doors – one wonders if they change them out for the different seasons. Great treat for us, Courtney, and thanks for being so thoughtful to your mom.
So lovely. I love the trees that really get so bright red. Thanks for the little just-after-a-rain walk through a pretty neighborhood.
So lovely!!! A wonderful reminder of “home” although I’m from nowhere NEAR the Pacific NW! But just . . .America. Everything looks so homey in its fall colors!
What a gorgeous neighborhood!! I love that the houses are all different, no cookie cutter houses there!
Such gorgeous homes! What a beautiful drive by that was! Those homes with bright red doors just knock me out! Love! The Fall season’s beauty really does enhance each home’s exterior. Thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous area!
Thanks so much for sharing! Our color has not peaked yet, your photos were a great reminder of what glory is yet to come! Those deep reds and gold are Mother Nature at her best in my book!
I love Tudor style homes and apparently there were a lot of them in your “drive by.” Thanks for posting your beautiful photos. Fall is the Universe’s summer swan song – and it does not disappoint.
