So, we are a few days into the new year now! Are you still excited about decluttering and organizing? Or are you a little unsure about the commitment of getting organized this year? Sometimes the best motivation for reaching goals is seeing the potential positive outcomes spelled out in black and white.
Today I’m over at The Decluttered Home sharing some encouraging motivation for how you can get organized in 2015!
Meanwhile, I’m taking down our Christmas decor and preparing a fresh clean slate at my house for all the exciting things to come in 2015. I’ll be back Monday to kick off the first official week after the holidays with some ways to refresh your home after the holidays! See you soon! Don’t forget to check out The Decluttered Home!
Melissa,
I love your posts and your home and your ideas! I moved into a smaller home and I’m a “saver” but my husband is a ” thrower outer” LOL, so we always have to meet each oft her halfway, which doesn’t always work out! Thanks for your
Declutter series!! Praying for success!
Susan
PS can’t wait for your book!
Please share some mantels, table tops, etc that will look winter – all the stores want to bring us spring
We need t pulse and enjoy the slow pace of winter. I am not sure what to use in these areas. Help!
Yes, I agree with Nan
No clutter here. Just cool stuff!
I don’t like clutter any time of the year. It does feel extra special once we take all the Christmas down to give everything a good scrub and find homes for things.
Just wanted to give you a heads up that one of your links is broken. On this page: https://theinspiredroom.net/newsletter/email-post-50/
When I tried to click on, “Are you on Instagram? Me too! Come follow me behind the scenes and my adventures in pictures!” It took me to an error page

I have made a start today. I cleared out my daughters clothing drawers and donated them to the neighbour who has a little girl.
My daughter recently won a $2,500 Pottery Barn Teen Pinterest College for dorm room decor.
Yikes! What is essential and what is clutter?
